Christmas and New Year Deliveries

To guarantee christmas deliveries please order by 12pm on Thursday 21st December and choose a next day guaranteed service. Note that during this period 1st Class Royal Mail can take up to 48 hours to be delivered and is not guaranteed.

Note that we are closed from 12pm on the 22nd December until 9am on the 2nd January.

Delivery Process

  • Please go to the About Us page for contact information and opening hours
  • During the order process you will be allowed to choose from various delivery options depending on your requirements. If you have any problems with the order process please ring us on the main number 0203 291 0786 or email us and we will try to help you.
  • We aim to process your order on the same day your monies clear into our accounts. Products are despatched in the afternoon every working day (Mon-Fri) and so we have a cut-off for orders at 12pm. Our quoted delivery price includes any packaging materials we have used.
  • The delivery time indicated against each shipping method is an estimate from the supplier and are working days.
  • If it is a Friday and you require Saturday delivery please phone us.
  • If you fail to receive your products within the chosen time-frame of your delivery option, please contact us immediately.
  • We also do international deliveries and many countries are listed when you set up your delivery address. An accurate calculation will be done for the destination country you have chosen on the Cart view or Checkout. Note no payment is required to get to this point
  • If you find that your country does not appear on the list of countries available on the website, please contact us by telephone or email and we can either direct you to our concessionary or give you a quote for delivery to that country.. Please allow us 24 hours for this to happen.


PO Box Deliveries

Please note that certain delivery options do not allow delivereis to PO Box addresses. You will need to check on the following sites of our delivery agents and check to see if the selected shipping method allows for that:

If you select a method that is not compatible with a PO Box delivery then we will not be liable for any lost parcels.

Free Shipping

We offer free delivery to the UK and many European Countries. The current list of countries that we deliver free to is:

Free delivery to the above European countries  is based on a minimum order of £75

Free delivery to the UK for all deliveries

If your automatic discount does not apply as expected make sure your address is filled in completely 

Shipping Calculation

When going through the shopping cart you may be presented with various shipping options based on your address and the weight of your products. We offer very competitive rates for a variety of shipping options based on how urgent the delivery requirement is.

If the value of your products exceeds the minimum order value for the eligible free shipping countries then the cheapest shipping option will show as free (with a £0.00 value). Choose this option for free delivery, or choose another shipping method for faster delivery.

Brexit/EU Deliveries and Duties

Our vanilla products comply to the Preferential Statement of Origin rules as per the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement 2 4.12.2020- Annex ORIG-4, which means that no duties should be paid by a customer in an EU recipient country. Local VAT may be applicable and will need to be paid to the courier before release of the goods.

When will I receive my products?

If the delivery option you chose does not already indicate the delivery time, and the courier is Royal Mail or Parcelforce, then details of their delivery times are available by country and service at Royal Mail and Parcelforce

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from If, however, you are not completely happy with your purchase or would like to cancel your order, we will exchange/refund your item if you let us know within 30 days of your delivery or the best before date of the product, whichever is earliest. Please advise us of your return by contacting or 0207 291 0786 within this time period, and please return the item to us within 14 days or best before date (whichever is earliest) in its original packaging. Providing the item is returned in its original condition, we will exchange it or offer you a full refund.
